Terms of Use

By accessing or using Forma Icon Creator (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

The Service was created by Elerion s.r.o. and forms part of its portfolio.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. The Service is not directed to children under 16.

Forma lets you select icons, apply visual styling, preview the result, and export files for use in your projects. Individual SVG and PNG exports may be available without a paid plan. Features, supported icon libraries, formats, and limits may change as the Service develops.

You are responsible for reviewing exported files and confirming that they are suitable, accessible, secure, and properly licensed for your intended use.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Forma’s failure to use reasonable security measures.

Pro access is personal to the account that purchased it unless a plan expressly says otherwise. You may not sell, transfer, share, or lend access, or allow others to use your account to avoid purchasing their own access.

Notify Forma promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Forma may restrict or suspend access to protect the Service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Prices, billing intervals, included features, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Creem or Polar, depending on the payment provider selected by Forma. The selected provider's checkout terms and privacy practices also apply to payment processing.

A recurring plan renews at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable price and taxes on each renewal. You may cancel future renewals through the options made available for your purchase. Cancellation does not ordinarily create a refund for a period already paid, except where required by law or expressly offered at checkout.

A Lifetime purchase means access for the supported commercial life of the purchased Forma product, not the lifetime of any person, company, device, or third-party icon library. It does not guarantee that every current feature or third-party library will remain available forever.

Forma uses third-party open-source icon libraries, including Tabler Icons, Lucide, Phosphor Icons, Iconoir, and Heroicons. The underlying icons remain subject to their respective licenses. Review the licenses and notices for Tabler Icons, Lucide, Phosphor Icons, Iconoir, and Heroicons. Those licenses, not these Terms, determine what you may do with the underlying icons.

Subject to those third-party rights, Forma does not claim ownership of the original work you create by choosing your styling settings. You grant Forma a limited right to process those settings and icon data only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the export feature.

The Service’s software, interface, branding, and non-third-party content remain owned by Forma or its licensors. A paid plan grants access to features; it does not transfer ownership of the Service or any third-party library.

Forma may update, add, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service, including third-party icon libraries, when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, performance, or product development. Planned changes that materially reduce a paid plan will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Forma may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, legal requirements, or a security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, licenses, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and exports are provided “as is” and “as available.” Forma does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free output, or that an export will meet every platform, trademark, accessibility, or legal requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Service. Forma’s aggregate liability for a paid claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Forma may update these Terms as the Service or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects paid access, Forma will provide reasonable notice through the Service or another appropriate channel when required.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Forma’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and Forma about the Service, subject to any additional terms presented at checkout.
